Sales Policy
Placing an order for our bulbs from our website constitutes
acceptance of the following:
Orders
All online orders are processed on our behalf by the leading merchant account
provider, 2CO (www.2co.com or toll free
877-294-0273). Your customer information is secure and is shared
with no one. Accepted methods of payment include all major credit
cards and PayPal. We do not accept orders via phone, please
contact one of our dealers if you would like to order via that method.
All prices are listed in US dollars per
pair of bulbs. During the checkout process 2CO will show the price
per pair in your local currency if applicable. Single bulbs can be
purchased however are not listed as such on our web site, please contact
us for more details.
Shipping
We use a flat $8.99 shipping cost for all domestic orders regardless of
how many bulbs are ordered. This fee covers shipping, insurance
and heavy duty ULINE crush proof mailers. International shipping
costs are calculated during checkout for speedy Priority International
Service that breezes through local customs.
We ship 3 times per week, Monday,
Wednesday and Friday. During busy weeks we will also ship on
Saturdays. Tracking details will be automatically e-mailed to our
customers once the order has been marked shipped in the system. It may take USPS 24 hrs to update the tracking details
and once scanned by USPS computers it can be
tracked at www.usps.com.
Returns / Refunds
You may return your purchase for any reason up to 30 days after receipt. Product must be unopened / original box and will receive full refund of the bulb purchase price.
For return instructions please send an e-mail to

immediate assistance. Please allow 30 days from return of your
bulbs for the refund to be applied back to the payment used (paypal or
credit card). Under special circumstances we can accept returns
for unopened items up to 90 days when the refund will be applied by
company check.
Privacy
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. We will also never e-mail you outside of a direct need to fulfill your order and or questions regarding your order.
Warranty
All of our products offer a replacement guarantee of at least one year.
