Höen xenonmatch plus bulbs :- 6 month replacement guarantee
Höen xenonmatch sidelight bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee
Höen xenonmatch Titanium :- 1 year replacement guarantee
Hoen specialty / show bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee
Höen xenonmatch E-marked bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee
Höen xenonmatch chromium bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee
Höen xenrange and range bulbs :- 1 year replacement guarantee
Höen citylight bulbs :- 6 month replacement guarantee

Please e-mail Höen to receive an RMA number and instructions for the return of a failed bulb.

Replacement cannot be issued for bulbs showing significant surface scratches from incorrect installation procedures.  Plus, Titanium and Xenrange bulbs must be installed with heavy duty connectors or harness equivalent to ensure proper powering.  In addition replacement cannot be issued for bulbs showing cap contact (scuffs on bulb cap) with the lamp housings.
